Beach rules for Non-motorised vehicles in Egmond

What are the beach rules for Non-motorised vehicles (for example sand yachts, kite karts or horse drawn carts) in Egmond?

Summer: Non-motorised vehicles are not permitted on the beach.

Winter: Non-motorised vehicles are only permitted in the activities zones.

There are two periods for which different periods apply;
The Summer period runs from 1st May until 1st October.
The Winter period is from 1st October until 1st May.

The beach is also divided into zones according to use and or permitted activities. These zones are indicated by boards on the beach.
